The study proposed an improved genetic algorithm to solve this food logistics routing problem. the rationality of the model was validated and the effectiveness of the algorithm. Research conclusion can provide reference for the research on food logistics distribution business in the pursuit of minimizing total cost to optimize route choice, vehicle size and departure time. It also has great application value. With the boom of economics, people's standards of living are increasing, so we are paying more and more attention to the fresh food quality problem.
