Contamination of heavy metals in soil has been a significant problem, which resulted in food pollution and diseases through bioaccumulation. Traditional methods utilized to determined content of metal ions are time-cost, expensive and laboratorial. Since the introduction of antibody against In-EDTA, immunoassay has been developing for several decades. It filled in the blank of determination in situ with lower price and a short period. In this study, we mainly presented the research process of monoclonal antibody special binding to metal-ligand and the immunoassay utilized in detection of food and environment.
