Abstract:
In this study, we construct an adoption model to analyze factors that influence users adoption egovernment and bulid a e-government satisfaction model to test perceived security. The theoretical model is tested by Smart-PLS 2.0 on a dataset of 136 samples. The empirical result indicates that perceived fit and perceived security have positive effect on perceived value, perceived value was positively related to satisfaction; Moreover, perceived value mediates the effect of perceived fit and perceived security on egovernment satisfaction. In addition, the research result is analyzed and discussed. Also the significance of the research and future research directions are pointed out.
