Abstract:
Capital Formation is a prerequisite for economic growth of a country. This study aims at studying the relationship of Capital formation, Inflation (WPI) on economic development in India. The data for analysis on the above variables have been extracted for a period from 1950-51 to 2011-12 from the RBI data warehouse were analyzed using Unit Root, Co integration and Causality tests.
