Nutrition Food Applied in Sports Functional Properties and Training

Abstract

The competitive ability of athletes has close relationship with nutrition of diet. As we all know, scientific training, reasonable nutrition, good competitive state and psychological quality is important to guarantee the athletes who can achieve excellent results. In this study, it takes the interpretation of the functional training as the breakthrough point, through the explanation of the principle of functional training, exploring the effective effect of sports nutrition food on athletes training.
