Abstract

In order to carry out classification of food retail price correctly, the data mining technology is applied in it. Firstly, the real situation of Chinese food retail price is analyzed. Secondly, the basic theory of data mining is studied in depth. Thirdly, the corresponding algorithm procedure is design. Finally, Chinese food retail price fluctuating and classification rules are obtained based on data mining technology, results show that the food can be divided into six classification, the data mining technology is an effective means for analyzing the food retail price classification.
