Design and Research on Mini Type Slicer for Cereal Product

Abstract

The research purpose is to design a mini type slicer for cereal product aiming at the rural households. It not only could be used for cutting the rice flour products and candy, but also slicing the cassava, sweet potatoes, pineapple and other crops. The article elaborates on the shape design, color design and other design of this slicer, including selecting electric motor and V belt, the design of shaft and blade, to introduce the main structure and operating principles of the slicer, based on which the conclusion has been reached.
