The Influence of Sports Supplements on the Blood Indexes of Snowboard Athletes

Abstract

It is a scientific monitoring of the snowboard function of athletes a nutrition intervention to improve athletic performance and provide experimental evidence. This study selected a race against China′s national team athletes, the experiment of 9-week training and nutrition intervention at the same time and take blood samples before to research the influence of sports supplements on the blood indexes of snowboard athletes.
