Food Safety Management System in Star Hotel and Safety Hazards Countermeasures

Abstract

Star hotel is a representative of high-end dining place and its food safety and management regulation are particularly important. Taking Star hotel as research object, the article analyzes food safety problems existing in five-star hotel and proposes food safety management measures and strategies for star hotels.
