Abstract:

This study discusses the importance applying the design of experiment in legal service industry, as
they are in manufacturing industries. While this principle is used frequently in the manufacturing and
engineering management literature, surprisingly little has been written about the implementing design of
experiments in legal service industry and its important roles. We define the concept and describe how it can
be mediate by incorporating customer needs and organizations management. Employing this principle gives
an important contribution to the legal practice and sustaining it for future.
