Abstract
Based on public participating in food safety supervision, this thesis comes to fully manifest the influential role and the significance of public participation in food safety supervision in the use of game theory by analyzing the behavior strategy performance of public, enterprises and government. It aims to provide a wide range of management theory on public’s participation in food safety supervision and the multiplication of management.
