Study on Physical Training and Nutritional Support of Athletes

Abstract

This study introduces the concepts of nutritional support and methods of physical training in detail. Finally, it summarizes the relationship between physical training and nutritional support. Physical training is inseparable from energy supply and the source of sport energy is from nutritional support. Various nutrition supplies is closely related to physical recovery of athletes.
