Abstract
This study analyzes the current state and problem of China’s food safety risk assessment and food safety supervision by drawing on the experience of developed countries Combined with Chinese situations. It provides suggestions for establishing a well-structured food safety supervision system. This study frames a Chinese food safety risk assessment system.
