Study on the Assistant Effect of High Sugar Foods in the Long-distance Running Movement

Abstract

The carbohydrate supplement can effectively reduce the decline of blood sugar in the long-distance running movement. In this study, it takes the common pattern of energy supply as the breakthrough point, by means of analyzing the characteristics of energy supply of long-distance running movement, as well as the interpretation of the influence of exercises on the metabolism of glucose, it discusses the function of supplying high sugar foods to improve the exercising capacity of athletes.
