This study constructed framework of the tourism Food core competitiveness based on IOT. Then, this study proposed a measurement model for the tourism Food core competitiveness and test the model through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, the indicators demonstrate that the model is effective and present that resource protection ability, operation management ability, service ability and Tourism Food service chain integration ability all have influence on the tourism Food core competitiveness.
