Abstract
In order to conduct training to the forest resources management plan formed by farmers in a participatory way, This research mainly aims to promote stakeholders in different levels of forestry departments and collective forests management, especially forestry farmers and their cooperative organizations, to recognize major problems existed in the collective forests management, to improve the level of sustainable management of the collective forests and to make and implement reasonable management schemes of collective forests so as to form the mechanism of participatory coordination management.
