The Relationship between Human Resource Practices and Firm Performance in Iran

Abstract
This study examines the role of Human Resource practices on Firm Performance in Iran. This study uses regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The research uses a sample of 65 firms surveyed in Qazvin, Iran. The findings suggested that Training, Compensation, Performance appraisal and Participation are positively related the firms’ performance. Implications of the findings, potential limitations of the study and directions for future research were further discussed.
