Abstract

In this study, we give the evolution of governments' governance models of national top 100 counties. From a highly centralized administrative system to cooperation governance with participation of multiple subjects, governance models of our county governments have been in continuous evolution and economic, social, political and other factors have exerted an important effect on the evolution of governance models. In theory, studying the evolution path and evolution mechanisms of governance models of Top 100 Counties and further exploring the evolution law of the governments' governance models of the Top 100 Counties, will help enrich advanced experience of county governance models, while in reality, will help improve and enhance the county governance level and governance capability in China, which is beneficial to people.
