Abstract
Considering of the requirements of medical clinical longitudinal data modeling, research is conducted on lung cancer post-surgical operation progress based on Hidden Markvo Models (HMM). This algorithm can do better analysis both in quality and quantity and experiments based on lung cancer followed up longitudinal data were performed, results demonstrate that it is an effective integrated analysis methods and is suitable for longitudinal data modeling and prognosis.
