Improving the quality of life of elderly people is a common wish of the whole society. The results indicate that taking an active part in sports plays an extremely important role in perspectives such as physical health, mental health, spiritual life and social activities etc for elderly people, which means that participating in sports is beneficial to improve quality of life of elderly people.
